Roles & Responsibilities: Develop fully functional WordPress websites from design mockups using custom themes and plugins. Customize and enhance existing WordPress themes based on project requirements. Manage website performance optimization including speed, responsiveness, and SEO best practices. Ensure compatibility across various browsers, devices, and platforms. Work closely with designers and content teams to create visually appealing layouts and user-friendly interfaces. Conduct website testing, debugging, and ongoing maintenance to ensure smooth functionality. Support website migration, updates, and security enhancements. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement timely solutions. Key Skills & Requirements: Strong knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and CMS structure. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience in responsive web design and mobile-first development. Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website optimization techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or similar tools is a plus. Familiarity with version control (Git) and web hosting environments is beneficial.
