What You'll Do

• Architect & develop sophisticated, responsive WordPress websites using modern development practices
• Lead technical projects from concept to deployment, working with international clients
• Custom development of advanced plugins, themes, and integrations using clean, maintainable code
• Optimize performance for enterprise-level sites handling high traffic volumes
• Implement SEO strategies and conversion optimization techniques
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX designers, marketers, and project managers
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to our technical knowledge base
• Stay ahead of trends in WordPress ecosystem, modern web technologies, and best practices

What We're Looking For

Technical Expertise:

• 3+ years of professional WordPress development experience
• Advanced proficiency in PHP 7.4+, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Modern workflow experience with Git, staging environments, and deployment pipelines
• Page builder mastery (Elementor Pro, Divi, Gutenberg blocks)
• Performance optimization experience with caching, CDNs, and database optimization
• API integration experience (REST APIs, third-party services)
• Security best practices and WordPress hardening techniques

Bonus Skills:

• React/Vue.js for custom Gutenberg blocks
• WooCommerce development
• Multi-site network management
• Server management (Linux, Apache/Nginx)
