WordPress Developer & Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website Developer (WordPress) + Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining websites using WordPress, while also contributing to the visual and user experience design through tools like Canva and Figma. This role requires a combination of web development skills and a strong design sense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive websites using WordPress
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements
• Update and improve existing website built on WordPress Elementor.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to design and implement website layout and structure
• Create visually engaging graphics, banners, and other design elements using Canva and/or Figma
• Translate wireframes and design mock-ups into fully functional web pages
• Optimize website performance for speed and scalability
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices
• Regularly update content and troubleshoot issues on websites
• Maintain consistency in branding and design across all online assets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in website development and design
• Proficiency in WordPress, including theme customization and plugin integration
• Working knowledge of page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
• Experience with Canva and Figma for UI/UX and graphic design
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, React.Js
• Strong eye for detail and aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Willingness to learn social media marketing
• Experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
