About The Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Manager at Tour 2 Umrah. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's human resource strategies, ensuring the alignment of HR functions with organizational goals. The role involves overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, managing employee relations, facilitating performance management initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards. The HR Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting organizational culture. Collaboration with various departments to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency is a key aspect of this role. Qualifications
This role requires a candidate with a robust background in human resources, demonstrated through the following qualifications:
