Mindset: Growth-oriented, detail-obsessed, clean coder, and SEO-native Soft Skills: Strong ownership mindset Understands brand + business goals Problem-solver, not just a task-doer Open to feedback and fast iterations 💻 Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and scale MoonAir’s official website and blog portal on WordPress Integrate product catalogs, dealer/service locator tools, landing pages, forms, and media Implement advanced SEO strategies including on-page SEO, schema markup, Core Web Vitals Optimize for mobile-first performance and speed (90+ Google PageSpeed) Manage plugins, security, and backups efficiently Collaborate with marketing and content teams to push out high-ranking pages Setup and maintain Google Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager Handle technical SEO audits and execute fixes independently 🛠️ Required SkillsDeep expertise in WordPress (PHP, themes, child themes, hooks) Elementor, WP Bakery, Gutenberg (any) HTML, CSS, JS basics for custom fixes SEO Tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Yoast/RankMath, GSC, Screaming Frog Performance: Caching, CDN setup, lazy loading, GTmetrix optimization Experience with WooCommerce is a plus Understanding of Google Search Algorithms and frequent updates ✅ Bonus SkillsBasic design ability (Canva, Figma, Photoshop for minor edits) Experience in affiliate or content-driven sites Prior experience in a D2C or consumer electronics brand 📈 KPIs You'll Be Measured OnOrganic traffic growth month-on-month Page speed & Core Web Vitals score Keyword ranking improvements Bounce rate and user engagement metrics Uptime, bug-free deployment, and SEO hygiene
