Job Description

Role: Helpdesk/ Service Desk
Industry Type: BPM / BPODepartment: Customer Success, Service & OperationsEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Non Voice

Education: Any Graduate, Any Postgraduate

Experience: 1-4 Years
Shifts: Rotational Shits

Work Mode: Work from Office

Transportation : 2 way transport provided

Responsibilities:

Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and accurately log all incidents, including details of what happened and the timeline.
Categorize and prioritize incidents based on urgency and business impact, then assign them to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Act as a central point of contact, coordinating with various technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure a swift and effective response.
Proficiency in using customer support software and ticketing systems.
Maintain detailed logs and create incident reports, including the actions taken and the final resolution.
Analyze incident trends to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development.
Customer support experience is also considered. (voice/ non-voice)

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
Customer support experience is also considered.
Experience with service management and ticketing tools.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Interview Location:
