Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Participate actively and attentively during knowledge training sessions to understand technical concepts and client environments.
Provide
email, chat, and voice-based support
to international customers across the
US, UK, and Canada
.
Troubleshoot and resolve
Windows OS
and
VMware-related technical issues
(basic to moderately complex).
Manage and respond to
multiple customer chats
simultaneously with high accuracy and efficiency.
Deliver timely and effective solutions to customer issues while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Handle and resolve technical queries independently, escalating when required as per the escalation matrix.
Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and knowledge sharing.
Ensure all interactions comply with organizational policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and actions taken.
Meet or exceed productivity and quality benchmarks as defined by the management.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certifications in
MCSA/MCSE, VMware, or ITIL
(Preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in a
technical support or help-desk environment
is a plus.
