Windows System Engineer (Core Skillsets)
· Windows Server administration: installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022).
· Active Directory management, including users, groups, organizational units, and group policies.
· DNS, DHCP, and certificate services management.
· File and print services configuration and troubleshooting.
· Virtualization experience with VMware ESXi/vSphere or Hyper-V, including VM provisioning and resource management.
· PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and system troubleshooting.
· Monitoring and performance tuning using tools like SCOM or PerfMon.
· Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, subnetting, and basic firewall troubleshooting.
· Strong analytical troubleshooting skills.
· Clear documentation skills for processes and configurations.
· Good time management to handle patching, KTLO, and project work.
· Ability to collaborate across multiple technical teams
