Job Description

Key Responsibilities Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans for VLT software, hardware, and integrated systems - Video Lottery Terminal (VLT) platform in a casino environment Team Leadership: Manage QA/test engineers, coordinate task assignments, and oversee progress. Platform Testing: Lead functional, regression, performance, and system-level testing of: VLT game content and platforms Central monitoring and reporting systems Communication protocols between terminals and backend servers Compliance & Certification: Ensure all testing meets jurisdictional gaming regulatory standards and supports successful certification (e.g., GLI, BMM). Defect Management: Oversee defect lifecycle, collaborate with development teams for timely resolution, and ensure traceability. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for project managers, developers, product owners, and external auditors/regulators. Skills & Experience Strong understanding of VLT or casino gaming systems Experience with QA tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Selenium) Familiarity with regulatory bodies (GLI, BMM, etc.) Excellent analytical, documentation, and team management skills >12 Years experience Show more Show less
