POSITION SUMMARY:


L2/L3 above level support


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure,

    including Cisco switch stacks, Cisco ASA and FortiGate firewalls, site-to-site VPN, and load balancers (Can be in any firewalls)

  • Assist with day-to-day information security tasks, including firewall and security device administration
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
  • Provide L2/L3 above level support
  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure, including Windows, VMware, Azure, and Office 365
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools (e.g. monitoring, patching, anti-virus, etc.)
  • Liaise with IT personnel for problem resolution
  • Must be able to work in 24x7 production support environment


REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE


  • Cloud – Experience supporting Azure App Gateway, App Services, and IaaS, including supporting connectivity between

    on-prem and cloud environments. -Client preferred Azure

  • Websites – Experience supporting corporate websites routing through Azure App Gateway and utilizing Microsoft IIS
  • Network – Experience managing both on prem and cloud based wide area networks
  • Experience with Cisco CLI, Cisco ASA, Fortinet Firewalls
  • Experience supporting Windows Infrastructure services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority)
  • Experience supporting

    Active Directory services - (Mandatory)L2 & Above strong experience

  • Experience supporting Office365 email/application
  • VMware

    – Experience supporting a large scale ESX (VMware) environment (

  • Telephony – Experience supporting and administering VoIP, cloud-based phone services, preferably 8x8

  • Experience with monitoring systems
