The Windows Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining Windows server environments, providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring system administration tasks are completed effectively. The role also involves monitoring server performance, applying updates, and contributing to the overall security and stability of the organization’s IT infrastructure. Qualifications Proficiency in Windows Administration and System Administration Strong skills in Server Administration and Technical Support Expertise in Troubleshooting issues across Windows server environments Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in an on-site collaborative environment Familiarity with IT security protocols and best practices Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent are a plus
