Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Windows & Active Directory L3 Support Engineer to manage, support, and troubleshoot enterprise-scale Windows Server and Active Directory environments. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work on escalated issues, projects, and infrastructure improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 support for Windows Server and Active Directory-related issues.
  • Design, manage, and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD DS) including:
  • Domain Controllers
  • DNS, DHCP
  • Group Policy Objects (GPO)
  • OU structure, trusts, replication
  • Handle complex incident escalations from L2 teams and ensure root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Manage Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
  • Perform AD health checks, performance tuning, and security hardening.
  • Support user lifecycle management (joiners, movers, leavers).
  • Implement and maintain patching, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Work on AD/Azure AD hybrid environments (Azure AD Connect, sync issues).
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and KB articles.
  • Participate in on-call support and planned maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with security, network, and cloud teams on infrastructure initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory (L3 level).
  • Expertise in:
  • AD DS, DNS, DHCP
  • Group Policy management
  • AD replication and troubleshooting
  • Solid experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
  • Experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID and hybrid identity setups.
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with ITIL-based processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Azure / Microsoft 365 identity services.
  • Knowledge of AD security best practices, hardening, and audits.
  • Exposure to PKI, ADFS, Conditional Access.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Microsoft certifications (Windows Server / Azure / Identity).

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently on complex issues.
  • Strong stakeholder and escalation management.
  • Team player with a proactive mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
