Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network & Security Administrator with strong expertise in enterprise networking and security technologies, including Palo Alto firewalls and Arista networks. The role involves L2/L3 support, cloud networking, firewall management, and participation in network transformation initiatives across on-prem and multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support network routing and switching environments (Cisco / Arista).
• Administer security and firewall platforms, including Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls.
• Configure and support Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and Firewall-as-a-Service.
• Implement and manage cloud security controls (NACLs, Security Groups).
• Support Wi-Fi access points and controllers (Cisco / Arista).
• Configure and troubleshoot VPN technologies (Palo Alto GlobalProtect, Netskope VPN).
• Support cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and GCP (multi-cloud).
• Manage Network Access Control (NAC) solutions (Aruba / Cisco DNAC).
• Support MPLS, Internet connectivity, WAN optimization, and SD-WAN environments.
• Participate in network transformation initiatives, automation adoption, and new tool rollouts.
• Analyze network logs, traffic patterns, and monitoring data for incident and problem management.
• Work closely with client and EXL teams on network design and implementation.
• Provide L2/L3 support, including Skybox and Backbox operations.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Network & Security Administration
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco and Arista networking
• Expertise in Palo Alto firewalls and security technologies
• Experience with Next-Gen Firewall and VPN solutions
• Hands-on exposure to public cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of Skybox and Backbox (for L2/L3 roles)
• Strong troubleshooting, log analysis, and monitoring skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
