Role Windchill Support Resource/ Developer (L3) Experience 5+ years Location Bangalore/Pune & Hyderabad Notice period 0-15 Days Role Description L3 Support & Troubleshooting Handle escalated issues from L1/L2 teams related to Windchill performance, configuration, workflows, and integrations. Customization & Development Develop, customize, and enhance Windchill using Java, JSP, Info*Engine, and Windchill APIs. System Administration Perform advanced system monitoring, debugging, and log analysis to ensure platform stability. Data Migration & Upgrades Support version upgrades, patches, and data migration activities. Integration Support Work on integrations between Windchill and ERP, CAD, or other enterprise systems. Performance Optimization Identify and resolve system performance issues, tuning database queries and Windchill configurations. User Support & Documentation Provide guidance to users, create knowledge base articles, and ensure best practices are followed. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for L3 support. 5+ years of experience in Windchill L3 Support or development Knowledge of Oracle/MS SQL databases for Windchill, including writing queries and performance tuning. Experience in Windchill upgrades, patches, and data migration. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a global support environment.
