This role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize workflows, improve service delivery, and enhance user experience. Main responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the platform, ensuring all processes are efficient and effective. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement. What should you bring along Expected skill Sets and experience that the candidates should bring along. Platform Monitoring , ITSMNext - Incident Management, Defect handling Windchill Platform - Configurations (access rules, functionality), DB Backup Support / Monitoring, Smoke Testing. Environment Management - Daily Monitoring: Interface Connections, Successful processing of data. 2nd level Support , Grafana Monitoring and Configurations, Backup Support/Monitoring. Must have technical skill Windchill customizations, Dashboard (planning, development), Windchill Metrics/Interfaces, Application Testing. Service Now Good to have Technical skills Smoke Testing, Licenses, Performance Management Grafana
