Job Description for Wind Resource and Performance analysis Role 1. Operational WTG Assets a. AEP assessment for as built plant configuration, b. Wake effects, environmental effects and their impacts on wind generation performance. c. WTG performance analytics of operational plants. 2. Support in O and M generation budget preparation. Preparation of DPRs for wind and hybrid projects for project funding 3. Yield Assessment. a) Site suitability assessment for conformance of wind turbine models for recommended sites. b) Organizing and evaluating of technical due diligence outcomes of different OEMs and wind turbine models. c) Wind resource assessment covering validation of micrositing, obstacle and terrain. d) Energy yield assessment for wind projects and wind part in hybrid projects e) Maintaining the Wind resource database of the company and conversant with global virtual wind database system. f) Should be fully conversant with latest version of windPRO, WAsP, Openwind or equivalent open-source software. g) Performing and evaluating Power curve verification for different models and OEMs 4. Site Audits. a) Evaluate sites independently for generation improvement

Job Purpose: To repair and test electronics components for Wind & Solar OEM. Roles and Responsibilities: • PCB troubleshooting & repairing. • Testing of PCB & Maintained Repair Report. • Taking Site Testing feedback from sites. • Quality checking of Incoming material as per PO & datasheet. • In-house PCB test jig development. • Auditing of Stores on regular intervals and automation of stores audit process • Tracking of under warranty failed items • Tracking of tools and tackles along with its calibration log • Timely utilisation of shelf-life items • Tracking of third-party vendor stock & ensure timely return. • Preparation for external audits and loop close if any. • Timely GRN preparation and invoice submission to accounts for payment • Timely dispatch of materials to sites and closing of stock in transit. • Strictly following of processes & policies at work place. Profile & Eligible Criteria: • Must have knowledge of PCB soldering and de-soldering, usage of measuring equipment, and technical expertise in electronics. • Education: Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering. • Experience: 3 to 5 years in PCB troubleshooting and testing. • Preferred: Having experience in renewable energy and knowledge of various OEMs. Main Interfaces 1. Responsible for engineering design and modification activities related to electrical & electronic circuits, systems, and equipment. May involve the installation, operation & maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. Discipline concerning power systems, electronic and transmission equipment, electric service and supply systems, lighting systems, communication service and supply systems, fire alarm and detection systems, control systems or electrical installations. An electrical engineer focuses on designing, maintaining and improving products that are powered by or produce electricity. Electrical engineering deals with electricity, electro-magnetism and electronics. It also covers power, control systems, telecommunications and signal processing. These engineers are usually concerned with large-scale electrical systems such as motor control and power transmission, as well as utilizing electricity to transmit energy. Duties and Responsibilities Serves as lead engineer on mid- to large size projects. Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise. Approves and signs off on work. Provides technical expertise for studies and design efforts. Presents complex technical solutions to clients. Performs quality control reviews of work developed by others. Participates in development of technical proposals. Provides estimates for the engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements on large projects. Qualifications Master of Engineering degree in Power Systems / Energy Systems or equivalent educationfrom an accredited college or university. Chartered Engineer (CEng), or Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent in the relevant field from any global organization (e.g., IET UK) Overall 13+ years of work experience in consulting or design organization is preferable. Prior experience in performing Grid Connection related (PSSE / PSCAD / ETAP / Equivalent) dynamic or advanced power system studies is preferred. Experience in preparation of technical study reports for Renewable Energy Grid Connection works (Wind Farm / Solar PV / Hybrid / BESS / Other Equivalent) is required. Experience in building and leading technical experts of a specialist study team is desirable. Exposure to International standards (IEC, IEEE, ANSI, Australian Standards and Middle East region codes and standards) is recommended. Working with OEMs of Wind Turbines, Solar PV modules for modelling of internal control loop systems is desirable. Very good communication skills (Oral and Written) in English language is mandatory.

Experience in product design methodologies (Understanding of FMEA requirements, basic FEA knowledge, cost + quality awareness) coupled with strong hands-on CAD skills in Sheet metal, Welding, Material selection, tolerance stack up, Pro-piping & hose routing 3D & 2D in depth knowledge. •Mostly focus on project specific design Customization for Nacelle •Understanding the scope & act accordingly to execute that •Align concept and detailed design with interfacing modules and submodules •Obtaining, modifying, and optimizing CAD geometries to match the requirements •Deliver 3D, 2D and design BoM with right quality •Drive design and design changes through our Change Management system •Collaborating with the Engineers, Project Managers & all other stake holders working in your area •Create and maintain documentation towards the design •Deliver the design within the agreed timeline •Support to meet the constant challenge of designing larger and more complex WTG structures Competencies •Quickly pick up on the array of software tools and processes we use in our workflow •Have a solid understanding of mechanical systems •Welding knowledge, sheet metal and surfacing •Design process flow of manufacturing & assembly •Model new and change existing CAD models •Efficiently communicate with the Tech Lead, Project Managers & all other stake holders •Succeed as part of a team and that it comes naturally for you to collaborate and share knowledge •Are committed to pushing the state-of-the art in Wind Turbine CAD technology •Like to work with complex engineering problems and have a creative approach to new challenges •Experience with Creo and PDM Link and Jira •Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum) •Be process oriented and have a structured way to work

Currently We are looking for the position of Senior Project Manager Roles and responsibilities: Coordinate the status and movement of components, materials, and manpower across multiple customer sites and customer projects. Maintain visibility of production schedules, shipment tracking, and site readiness across all active projects. Highlight bottlenecks proactively and initiate mitigation actions. Ensure customer commitments are met through close tracking of project milestones. Implement tracking systems/tools for better visibility and control over multi-project execution. Work closely with engineering to align technical documents and site requirements. Support commercial and aftersales teams with real-time project and material status updates. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (mandatory) PMP certification or formal project management training (preferred) Prior experience in wind energy, heavy equipment, or infrastructure project management Experience: 10-12 Years Technical skills: Strong understanding of wind turbine contracts, components and assembly sequence. Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes in industrial manufacturing. Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred), project management tools, and dashboards. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (BOMs, load lists, schedules). Soft skills: Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to handle ambiguity and dynamic priorities across projects.
