Roles and responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor the status of people, processes, and materials across multiple customer wind turbine projects. Manage inter-project material planning and allocation (e.g., identify unused components at one customer site and reassign to another as needed). Track delivery timelines, site readiness, and installation schedules to ensure smooth project execution. Work closely with manufacturing, logistics, site teams, and customer project managers to align dependencies and resolve bottlenecks. Maintain real-time visibility of inventory (at plant, in transit, and at customer sites) and proactively identify optimization opportunities. Flag risks and delays and coordinate cross-functional responses. Ensure documentation and status reporting is updated and shared with stakeholders regularly. Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and SCM teams to resolve technical issues related to component readiness and project compatibility. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Industrial Management MBA or PG in Operations Management (preferred) Experience in renewable energy, wind turbine, or heavy engineering industries is a strong plus. Technical skills: Strong understanding of wind turbine components and project lifecycle Experience in project coordination, especially across multiple customer sites Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and project tracking tools Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and material management . Ensure that blades undergo the necessary testing protocols before deployment, including static, dynamic, and accelerated life-cycle tests. Interpret data and results to make recommendations for design improvements or production adjustments. Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed records of blade quality inspections, test results, and compliance reports to support audits and certifications. Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on blade performance, quality trends, and any necessary improvements. Ensure all relevant documentation is in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, IEC, etc.). Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support : Collaborate with R&D, design engineers, and production teams to implement improvements in blade design and manufacturing techniques. Provide technical guidance and training to the engineering and production teams on blade quality standards and best practices. Act as a liaison between quality teams and other departments (e.g., project management, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with quality goals. Strong understanding of gas/steam/wind turbine components (e.g., blades, bearings, seals, nozzles, rotors). Familiarity with OEMs Industries.
