Urgent Hiring || Turbine Assembly Engineer || Sahibabad Profile: Turbine Assembly Engineer Location : Sahibabad next to Ghaziabad Experience : Min 3 years Salary : upto 15 LPA (depend on the interview ) Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical assembly and disassembly of gas turbines and associated components (compressor, combustor, turbine stages, gearboxes, etc.) Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per OEM standards. Inspect components for wear, damage, or fatigue using visual and NDT techniques. Rebuild or refurbish gas turbine components as required. Assist in troubleshooting turbine operational issues and recommend solutions. Ensure all maintenance and assembly activities are performed according to safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspection reports, and parts replacement logs. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality assurance teams during overhaul or field maintenance. Participate in turbine commissioning, startup, and performance testing as needed. Support spare parts inventory planning and control for turbine maintenance. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Diploma with strong experience may be considered). 3–8 years of hands-on experience in gas turbine maintenance and assembly (preferably Siemens, GE, Solar, or Rolls-Royce turbines). Proficient in reading mechanical drawings, assembly manuals, and technical documents. Knowledge of precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, dial indicators, borescopes). Familiar with maintenance tools and turbine-specific equipment (lift rigs, torque wrenches, etc.). Experience with Condition Monitoring Systems (CMS), vibration analysis, and thermographic analysis is a plus. Good understanding of turbine lubrication systems, sealing systems, and fuel nozzles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel and work in field service environments (site visits, shutdowns, etc.).
