Wind Turbine Technician

As a Wind Turbine Technician, your role involves assisting in the assembly and installation of new wind turbines on site. You will also be responsible for performing routine inspections of turbine components such as blades, gearbox, generator, and control systems to identify potential issues. Your duties will include diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical malfunctions on wind turbines, including replacing worn parts. Additionally, you will be analyzing turbine data to monitor efficiency and identify areas for improvement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the assembly and installation of new wind turbines on site - Performing routine inspections of turbine components like blades, gearbox, generator, and control systems - Diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical malfunctions on wind turbines - Analyzing turbine data to monitor efficiency and identify areas for improvement - Conducting scheduled maintenance tasks like lubrication, cleaning, and tightening of components - Ensuring compliance with safety protocols while working at heights - Maintaining detailed records of inspections, repairs, and parts used - Ordering and managing inventory of spare parts needed for repairs In terms of qualifications, the job requires experience in wind projects. Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication. The work location is in person, and the job type is contractual/temporary for a duration of 12 months.,
