• CMA Inter (Cost and Management Accounting Intermediate Level)


• Additional qualification in Accounting / Finance will be an added advantage

• 1 3 years of experience in a costing or accounts role (preferably in a manufacturing environment)

Up to 3.5 LPA plus (based on experience and skills)

The Costing Assistant Executive will assist in the preparation, analysis, and control of product costing, cost variance analysis, and cost optimization activities. The role requires close coordination with production, finance, and procurement departments to ensure accurate cost records and reporting.

• Assist in preparing product costing and BOM (Bill of Materials) analysis.


• Maintain and update standard costing and actual cost data in ERP systems.


• Conduct variance analysis (material, labor, and overhead).


• Support budget preparation and cost control initiatives.


• Monitor inventory valuation and reconcile physical vs. book stock.


• Prepare monthly cost reports and management dashboards.


• Coordinate with production, stores, and purchase departments for cost-related data.


• Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.


• Ensure compliance with cost accounting standards and company policies.


• Support internal and statutory audits related to costing.

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and manufacturing processes


• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle etc.)


• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


• Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines
