Job Description

Scheduling Analyst | Gurgaon / Pune (5 days work from office)

Shift Time : Night shift (US shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage efficient workforce schedules to optimize resource utilization
Perform scheduling analysis and provide staffing recommendations
Maintain intraday performance and WFM reports
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the WFM system
Manage shift bids, new hire scheduling, and historical data reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet scheduling and coverage needs
Deliver WFM presentations (New Hire, WBR, Quarterly Reviews)

Key Skills:

Strong expertise in
IEX Workforce Management
Knowledge of daily/weekly rules, single & multi-skill scheduling
Experience with MU/CT/TOG setup, break planning, VTO, holidays
Understanding of SLA, KPIs, and cost optimization
Strong analytical and communication skills

Qualification:

Graduate
