Job Description – Wet Production Executive Company: Rio Clays Pvt. Ltd. Location: Padhar, Bhuj, Gujarat Department: Production (Wet Process) Position: Wet Production Executive Experience: Minimum 8 Years Industry Preference: Clay / Cement / Chemical Company Overview: Rio Clays Pvt. Ltd., located in Padhar-Bhuj, is a recognized leader in the industrial clay segment. With a strong foundation in quality and process control, we are expanding our wet process operations and seeking an experienced professional to take charge of the wet production department. Key Responsibilities: Manage wet processing operations including slurry preparation, mixing, agitation, filtration , and pumping systems . Operate and monitor slurry tanks, agitators, filter presses, hydrocyclones , and chemical dosing equipment . Ensure consistent process parameters such as pH, viscosity, and solid content. Collaborate with QA/QC, R&D, and Maintenance for process improvements and troubleshooting. Enforce strict compliance with ISO standards, GMP practices, and EHS protocols . Maintain daily production records, process reports, and documentation required for audits. Supervise and guide production teams to ensure process efficiency and safety. Support internal and external audits , ensuring readiness and proper documentation for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 , and EHS compliance . Candidate Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering . Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in wet processing , preferably in clay, cement, or chemical industries. In-depth understanding of wet chemistry, slurry systems , and material flow dynamics. Experience in handling batch and continuous process operations . Knowledge of quality systems, audit compliance, and process documentation . Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
