Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Western Kitchen Executive located in Hyderabad. The Western Kitchen Executive will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, planning menus, and ensuring the quality and consistency of food preparation and presentation. Daily tasks include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and developing new recipes that align with the restaurant’s culinary standards.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Western cuisine, menu planning, and culinary techniques
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Creativity and passion for culinary innovation
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is preferable
