About the Role

Senior Sales Executive (Software Sales)

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Identify, prospect, and generate qualified leads in the IT/software domain

✔️ Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations

✔️ Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure

✔️ Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets

✔️ Develop & execute strategic sales plans to expand client base

✔️ Build and maintain long-term client relationships

✔️ Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports

✔️ Collaborate with marketing & product teams

✔️ Stay updated on industry trends and new business opportunities

Desired Skills & Experience

🔹 Minimum 5 years of proven IT/software sales experience (mandatory)

🔹 Strong track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets

🔹 Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills (English & Hindi)

🔹 In-depth knowledge of software solutions (SaaS, ERP, CRM, POS, etc.)

🔹 Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel

🔹 Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently

🔹 Willingness to travel frequently

Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field

🎓 MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred)
