Role Overview

OFR Telecom Pvt. Ltd., a leading global manufacturer in the Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) and FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) industry, is hiring for its Quality Department at Tapukara, Karoli (near Bhiwadi & Alwar).

We are looking for ITI/Diploma candidates (Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical) who are interested in a career in Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Candidates with experience in OFC testing, FRP rod testing, and quality standards will be preferred. Local candidates from Tapukara, Bhiwadi, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct optical and mechanical testing of FRP rods & Optical Fiber Cables.

· Ensure compliance with quality standards and parameters in telecom manufacturing.

· Record and analyze test data; maintain reports using MS Excel.

· Support Kaizen & 5S initiatives for process improvement.

· Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality control issues.

· Assist in internal audits and corrective actions.

· Prepare and maintain daily quality records & reports.

Requirements

· Education: ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical.

· Must-have skills:

o Optical & Mechanical Testing knowledge

o Kaizen & 5S training

o MS Excel proficiency

· Preferred:

o QA/QC experience in FRP / Optical Fiber Cable industry

o Familiarity with basic cable & FRP testing methods

· Strong technical understanding, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

· Local candidates from Tapukara, Bhiwadi, Alwar, preferred.
