Experience Required: 2+ Years Joining: Immediate Only Alluring Monks is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Expert who lives and breathes results. If you've scaled e-commerce sales, managed high-performance ad campaigns across Meta and Google, and understand the nuances of driving ROI through paid marketing across India and international markets — you're who we’re looking for. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms. Strategically manage ad spends to drive B2B and B2C sales across geographies. Optimize performance campaigns using analytics, conversion data, funnel metrics, and A/B testing. Maintain sharp tracking and attribution knowledge to evaluate campaign impact. Work closely with creative and strategy teams to develop compelling ad content. Generate detailed performance reports, insights, and growth strategies. Must-Have Expertise: Minimum 2 years of agency experience in performance marketing (Non-negotiable). Proven track record of increasing online sales for e-commerce brands. Strong command over Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms. Broad understanding of paid media strategy for both B2B and B2C funnels. Familiarity with tracking tools, pixels, GTM, and analytics. Working knowledge of social media management and content-marketing coordination. Should be able to plan and execute full-funnel ad strategies from awareness to conversion. You Should NOT Apply If: You’ve never worked in a digital marketing agency.
