Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist who can take complete ownership of SEO strategies and paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in advanced SEO practices and Meta/Google Ads, with a focus on performance and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page) Audit websites and implement recommendations to improve rankings and organic visibility Plan, launch, and optimize high-performance campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting Track, measure, and report campaign performance and SEO KPIs Collaborate with content and design teams to align strategies Stay updated with search engine algorithms and ad platform changes Must-Have Skills: Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.) Expert-level command over Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager Strong analytical skills with experience in using Google Analytics, GTM, and Data Studio Proven track record of ROI-driven campaigns and organic growth Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines Eligibility: Only candidates with 3+ years of hands-on experience in both SEO and performance marketing should apply Applicants must be based in Kochi or willing to relocate (hybrid work model) Immediate joining is mandatory Do not apply if you lack direct expertise in SEO or ad platform management What You’ll Get: Opportunity to work with a fast-growing agency and exciting brands Flexible hybrid work setup Space to lead, experiment, and grow your digital marketing career A team that values creativity, performance, and ownership To Apply: Reply to this job post ( No calls please) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,242.84 - ₹30,343.29 per month Benefits: Work from home Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Can you join immediately ?
