The Opportunity

SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
• Optimize website structure, on-page elements, and content for search engines.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and pillar pages.
• Monitor performance using tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush.
• Drive backlinking and off-page SEO initiatives.
• Track keyword rankings and organic traffic growth, providing regular reports and insights.

Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to maximize ROI and lead quality.
• Track campaign performance through platforms such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
• Continuously refine targeting strategies based on audience behavior and performance data.
