Research target industries, clients, and decision-makers to create a strong and validated leads database. Execute email campaigns with personalized messaging and follow-ups. Perform cold calling to connect with potential clients and introduce company services. Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, and CRM platforms for effective lead tracking and outreach. Coordinate with Business Development and Sales teams to set up appointments or demos. Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in the CRM. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market behavior. Required Skills & Qualifications 1 year to 2.5 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT services industry. Proficient with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, etc.) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho). Strong command of English (spoken and written) for global communication. Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections professionally. Proven experience with email marketing tools and campaign execution. Excellent research skills and attention to detail. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
