Wellness Expert

• Conduct detailed wellness and body composition assessments for prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client goals, lifestyle, and medical considerations to recommend suitable slimming programs and treatments.
• Confidently present and explain slimming solutions, packages, and pricing.
• Convert walk-ins, leads, and consultations into enrolled clients while maintaining ethical sales practices.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales in line with monthly targets.

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to track progress and upsell or cross-sell relevant services.
• Maintain accurate client records, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Guide clients through their prescribed slimming, wellness, or weight management programs.
• Educate clients on nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and healthy habits to support results.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs in consultation with internal teams where required.

• Work closely with therapists, nutritionists, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on consultations, conversions, and client progress.

• 2–5 years of experience as a Wellness Consultant, Slimming Consultant, or similar role in the slimming/wellness industry.
• Proven track record of

• Strong knowledge of slimming treatments, weight management programs, nutrition basics, and wellness concepts.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with high ethical standards.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.

• Certification in Nutrition, Dietetics, Wellness Coaching, or related fields.
• Experience in premium wellness clinics, slimming centers, or aesthetic clinics.
• Familiarity with body contouring technologies and non-invasive slimming treatments.
