1. Employee Welfare : Develop, implement, and monitor welfare programs and activities in the plant. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address grievances and ensure effective resolution. Regularly interact with employees to understand their concerns and promote a positive workplace culture. 2. Statutory Compliance : Ensure compliance with labor laws and welfare-related statutory provisions (Factories Act, 1948, etc.). Maintain and submit statutory welfare-related records and reports to regulatory authorities. 3. Health and Safety : Collaborate with the safety officer to implement health and safety measures. Promote awareness about hygiene, sanitation, and safety in the workplace. Ensure the availability of necessary amenities like clean drinking water, restrooms, and first-aid facilities. 4. Training & Awareness : Organize training sessions on employee rights, workplace ethics, stress management, and mental health. Conduct awareness programs about health, safety, and personal well-being. 5. Community Engagement : Plan and execute CSR activities related to employee and community welfare. Build partnerships with local organizations and authorities for welfare initiatives.
