📋 Job Overview

Welding Engineer

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Evaluate welding designs to ensure structural integrity and compliance with quality standards
Create and qualify
PQR (Procedure Qualification Record)
and
WPS (Welding Procedure Specification)
for various materials and techniques
Design and implement advanced welding systems including
Cobot and Robot-based automation
Ensure adherence to OHS (Occupational Health & Safety)
standards related to welding operations
Identify and resolve issues in welding processes and weld quality
Conduct regular
process audits and revalidations
to maintain consistency and compliance
Apply
EN, ISO, and ASME codes
in daily operations and documentation

🎯 Requirements

Certified
IWE (International Welding Engineer)
ASNT Level III
certified in VT, PT, MPT, UT, and Radiography
Strong understanding of metal and alloy behavior during welding
Proven experience in developing and qualifying PQR and WPS
Hands-on expertise in various welding techniques and automation projects
Familiarity with welding safety protocols and international standards
