Production Oversight: Manage the daily coating production activities for Adhesive Shot , Grit , and other raw materials, ensuring production schedules are met without compromising quality or safety. Painting Applications: Lead the application of painting techniques on equipment, structures, and other products as per project requirements, ensuring even coverage and proper curing.
