Senior Engineer - Quality Assurance

Job Summary

• Key Responsibilities

1. NDT Operations:

   Perform a range of NDT inspections

2. Documentation and Reporting:

1. Interpret and evaluate test results against applicable standards, specifications, and codes.
2. Maintain Documentation of external audits IMS, IATF, & EN 9100, NADCAP.
3. Prepare detailed, accurate,and timely inspection reports and certifications.
4. Maintain meticulous records of all tests, equipment calibrations, and results.

3. Auditing and Compliance:

1. Conduct internal audits of NDT processes and procedures to ensure compliance with established quality management systems.
2. Participate in external audits IATF, & EN 9100, NADCAP.
3. Identify non-conformances, initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and verify their effectiveness.

• Qualifications and Skills

1. Education/Experience:

   Bachelor's degree Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of

   3-5 years of experience

   as an NDT Level II technician, with a strong preference for experience in the aerospace and/or automotive sectors.

2. Certifications:

   NDT Level II certification

   in multiple methods (e.g., UT, VT, PT, ET).Knowledge of and experience with

   AS9100

   ,

   ISO 9001

   , and

   IATF 16949

   quality management systems.

3. Skills:

• Proficiency in operating, calibrating, and maintaining NDT equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and interacting with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proficiency in operating MS office suite.
