Senior Engineer - Quality Assurance

Role Overview: As a Senior Engineer - Quality Assurance at Hitachi High-Tech India Pvt. Ltd., your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement software for embedded devices and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to enhance system performance and reliability. Effective communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders is essential to gather requirements and provide updates. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement software for embedded devices and systems from concept to production. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality. - Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to enhance system performance and reliability. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software designs and interfaces. - Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Qualification Required: - Excellent communication skills in both Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and English. - Over 10 years of experience in implementing the entire software development process. - Proficiency in C programming. - Knowledge of hardware-software integration and debugging tools is a plus. - Prior experience working in a multicultural or international team setting is preferred. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
