Wedding Planner ,Bangalore

Responsibilities

• Own the entire wedding planning lifecycle: pre-wedding to reception
• Conduct requirement discovery with families: budgets, rituals, aesthetic preferences, guest logistics
• Create detailed wedding plans: checklists, timelines, vendor responsibilities, contingency scenarios
• Coordinate with vendors across decor, catering, makeup, photography, venues, logistics, and gifting
• Be the single point of contact for the client and their go-to for anything and everything
• Manage onsite execution with rigor, grace, and backup plans
• Ensure timely billing, cost tracking, and vendor payments
• Regularly update internal teams and CRM on wedding progress
• Create Show flow for the wedding
• Handle vendor coordination on site
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience in wedding/event planning
• Deep understanding of Indian wedding traditions, timelines, and touchpoints
• Prior experience managing multiple vendors and large-scale events
• Excellent client communication skills. Ability to be calm, respectful and confident
• Proven ability to create structure in unstructured, high-stress environments
• Strong eye for aesthetics and a deep sense of accountability
• Ability to travel for weddings and be present on-site during key days
