Job Overview:


Wedding Planner


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee weddings from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (venues, caterers, decorators, photographers, etc.).
  • Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and event checklists.
  • Supervise on-site execution to ensure smooth event flow.
  • Resolve last-minute changes or challenges with efficiency.
  • Stay updated on wedding trends to offer fresh, creative ideas.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience

    as a Wedding Planner.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Vendor management and negotiation expertise.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Event or Wedding Planning.
  • Experience with event management software/tools.
