Creative Designer (2D/3D & Production)

As a Creative Designer (2D/3D & Production) at Red Craft Events, you will play a key role in crafting immersive experiences through innovative design for luxury weddings and MICE events. Your expertise in graphic design, 2D/3D visualization, set and stage design, video editing, and exhibition booth design will be instrumental in creating visually stunning concepts that elevate our events. Key Responsibilities: - Develop 2D and 3D designs for event setups, stage designs, and exhibition booths. - Create high-quality graphic designs, branding, and visual collaterals for events. - Design and visualize set production layouts for weddings and MICE events. - Work on video editing, motion graphics, and visual content for presentations or promotions. - Collaborate with the production team to ensure feasibility and quality of designs. - Present creative concepts and mood boards to clients and internal teams. - Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or related field. - 3+ years of proven experience in event design, 2D/3D visualization, or similar creative roles. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), CorelDRAW, and 3D software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar). - Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical expertise. - Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines. - Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visualization skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in event industry, exhibitions, or set production design. - Knowledge of printing, fabrication, and production processes. - Motion graphics and animation skills will be an added advantage.
