As an Interior Designer cum Sales Representative at Carpento, you will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, creating interior designs, generating sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities will include meeting with clients to understand their preferences, extracting measurements, developing 2D and 3D designs, presenting design concepts, and making necessary revisions based on client feedback. Additionally, you will guide clients through the design and selection process, work closely with design and execution teams, follow up consistently to convert consultations into sales, and negotiate pricing and contracts effectively. As the main point of contact for clients, you will ensure a smooth experience, address concerns promptly, engage with clients to build relationships, and gather feedback to enhance Carpento's services. Project coordination, on-site visits, overseeing execution, and keeping clients engaged throughout the project lifecycle will also be part of your role. To be successful in this position, you must have 1-2 years of experience in interior design, be based in Bangalore, possess strong skills in interior design, 2D/3D visualization, and material selection, excel in communication and negotiation, meet and exceed sales targets, prioritize customer satisfaction, demonstrate a self-motivated and results-driven mindset, and be proficient in design software and CRM tools.
