Company Description We are a venue construction and event production company based in Mumbai. Our in-house inventory includes over 200,000 sq.ft. of Röder HTS Höcker GmbH Aluminium tent structures, 200,000 sq.ft. of platform systems, 1,500+ tonnes of Blue Star Ductable Air Conditioning, 60 portable container toilets, 2,400 sq.ft. of modular aluminium stages, and maxima exhibition system stalls. Partner with us to create extraordinary and memorable events with our experienced team. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Wedding Planner, located in Thane. The Wedding Planner will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings, including vendor management, budget oversight, timeline creation, and customer service. The Wedding Planner will also liaise with clients to ensure their vision is achieved, oversee event setup and teardown, and handle any issues that arise on the day of the event. Qualifications Strong Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning skills Experience with Budgeting and cost management Exceptional Customer Service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in the event or wedding industry is preferred Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is a plus Show more Show less
