Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Website Tester (Front & Back End) located in Chennai. The Website Tester will be responsible for testing both the front-end and back-end of web applications to ensure functionality, performance, and compliance with technical specifications. Daily responsibilities include creating and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, performing manual and automated testing, collaborating with developers and designers to resolve issues, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Manual Testing, Automated Testing, and Regression Testing tools
• Knowledge of Front-End Testing, including layout, responsiveness, validation, and user interface standards
• Skills in Back-End Testing, including database validation, API testing, and performance evaluation
• Proficiency in debugging and identifying technical issues across both front-end and back-end systems
• Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, Postman, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality software.
