Website Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a Website Manager to manage our Shopify website. This role involves maintaining the website, uploading products, managing inventory online, optimizing site performance, and coordinating with our marketing and creative teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Maintenance & Management:
• Regularly update and maintain the Shopify website.
• Ensure site speed, functionality, and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues or coordinate fixes with developers if needed.
• Product & Inventory Management:
• Upload new products with proper images, descriptions, prices, and tags.
• Manage inventory levels and update stock status as needed.
• Organize collections and ensure proper product categorization.
• Design & Content Updates:
• Coordinate homepage banners, promotions, and content updates.
• Ensure branding consistency across all pages.
• Work with graphic designers/photographers for visual content.
• SEO & Performance:
• Optimize product pages for SEO (titles, meta descriptions, alt tags).
• Monitor analytics to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Order & Customer Support Integration:
• Oversee smooth order flow from purchase to fulfillment.
• Coordinate with logistics or support teams to handle order issues.
• Marketing Support:
• Assist with email marketing campaigns (if needed).
• Support social media promotions with appropriate site updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Shopify stores (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of website CMS, preferably Shopify admin tools.
• Eye for design and detail.
• Good communication skills in English & Telugu.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the website.

Preferred:

• Experience in fashion or e-commerce industries.
• Knowledge of Canva or Photoshop for basic image editing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
