Website Manager

As a Website Manager at our fashion e-commerce company, you will be responsible for leading the performance, user experience, and overall operations of our website. The ideal candidate for this role should have hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), possess a product-first mindset, and be knowledgeable about the evolving AI-driven digital landscape. Your key responsibilities will include managing day-to-day website operations on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, collaborating with the tech agency to implement enhancements and address bug fixes regularly, driving UX improvements, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and overall website performance. You will also work cross-functionally with teams such as tech agency, marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce operations. Additionally, you will utilize AI tools for personalization, automation, content management, and analytics. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Conversion Rate (CVR), website traffic, speed, load time, bounce rate, and search efficiency will be essential to generate actionable insights. Furthermore, leading digital innovation through A/B testing, enhancing customer journeys, and agile planning will be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce website management, a strong background in SFCC (Business Manager, CMS workflows), and familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT. Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), User Experience (UX), and e-commerce analytics is preferred. Previous experience in the fashion or premium/luxury Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) industry would be advantageous.,
