Job Description

Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Website Experience Optimization Manager to join our teamThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in optimizing website performance, user experience, and conversion ratesThis role demands a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance our online presence

Key Responsibilities
Website ManagementOversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the companys website, ensuring high performance, functionality, and a superior user experience

User Experience OptimizationAnalyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement
Implement UX/UI best practices to enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience

Content StrategyDevelop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the companys goals and objectives, ensuring the content is relevant, engaging, and optimized for SEO

A/B TestingDesign, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of various website elements and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates

Performance AnalyticsUse web analytics tools to monitor website performance, track key metrics, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement

Project ManagementLead and manage website-related projects, coordinating with designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery

SEO and SEMWork closely with the marketing team to implement SEO and SEM strategies that increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings

Accessibility ComplianceEnsure the website meets accessibility standards and offers an inclusive experience for all users

Trend AnalysisStay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the website competitive and innovative

Vendor ManagementManage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality deliverables and support

Qualifications
ExperienceMinimum of 4 years of experience in website management, UX/UI design, or a related role

EducationBachelors degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

Skills:

Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices

Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization

Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with web design and development tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
