The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing responsive websites using PHP and MySQL, while optimizing for search engines (SEO) and managing search engine marketing (SEM) strategies. This role blends design aesthetics with backend functionality and digital visibility. Key Responsibilities - Design & Development - Create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across devices. - Collaborate with developers and content teams to implement dynamic features and CMS integrations. - SEO & SEM Optimization - Implement on-page SEO best practices including meta tags, structured data, keyword placement, and performance optimization. - Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and execute SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads). - Monitor and analyze traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. - Maintenance & Performance - Conduct regular website audits to ensure optimal performance, security, and accessibility. - Troubleshoot and resolve design or functionality issues. - Stay updated with the latest web technologies, SEO/SEM trends, and design standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Education & Experience - Bachelors degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 2+ years of experience in website design and development with a strong portfolio. - Proven experience in SEO/SEM strategy and execution.
