We are looking for a talented and creative Website Designer & Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to translate ideas into functional, responsive, and visually appealing websites.

Responsibilities

• Design modern, responsive, and visually engaging websites aligned with client brand identities.
• Develop websites using platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or custom HTML/CSS/JS.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Implement UI/UX best practices for smooth navigation and user experience.
• Manage domain, hosting, and integrations (emails, forms, WhatsApp, payment gateways, etc.).
• Create and update website content, landing pages, and product catalogs.
• Collaborate with the Rapide Digital LLP team on branding, layouts, and client projects.
• Troubleshoot bugs, test across browsers/devices, and ensure website security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Website Designer/Developer (portfolio required).
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, etc.).
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, Photoshop).
• Experience with SEO basics and performance optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• E-commerce development experience (Shopify / WooCommerce).
• Knowledge of backend technologies (PHP, MySQL, APIs).
• Graphic design expertise using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & skills).
