Website Designer & Developer

Role Overview: As a Website Designer & Developer at Gamma Technologies, you will lead the evolution of the company's digital presence. Your key responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end design, development, and ongoing management of the WordPress website, creating a seamless user experience across devices, integrating with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards, and collaborating with marketing to enhance SEO and conversion performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end design, development, and ongoing management of the WordPress website. - Create a seamless, responsive user experience optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. - Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and user-friendly online community portals. - Integrate the website with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms to support personalized user journeys and campaign tracking. - Implement localization functionality to support multi-language content and global accessibility. - Ensure compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations through proper data handling and user consent mechanisms. - Apply state-of-the-art security protocols and follow WordPress security best practices. - Collaborate with marketing to improve SEO, UX, and conversion performance. - Track and analyze website performance using analytics tools and implement data-driven enhancements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in marketing. - Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing WordPress-based websites. - Strong front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with PHP. - Proven experience integrating with Salesforce and marketing automation tools. - Ability to design and implement responsive layouts for various screen sizes and browsers. - Knowledge of web security best practices, GDPR compliance, and data protection requirements. - Experience with localization, international SEO, and regional UX considerations. - Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and A/B testing platforms.
