Webflow Developer (UI/UX Expert)

At Healthy Jeena Sikho, we are looking for a Webflow Developer who can bring both design thinking and development precision to the table. You'll be building and managing interactive, responsive web pages that help thousands of people discover affordable healthcare solutions at home.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain our website on Webflow
• Translate Figma/Sketch/UI wireframes into pixel-perfect responsive pages
• Implement animations, interactions, and transitions to enhance user experience
• Optimize website for speed, accessibility, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
• Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to roll out campaigns
• Run A/B tests and analyze data to iterate on performance
• Ensure consistency in branding, visuals, and flow across pages
• Build scalable templates for landing pages, blogs, and product listings

You're the Right Fit If You:

• Are fluent in Webflow – CMS, forms, animations, integrations
• Have a solid foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics
• Understand UI/UX best practices – color theory, typography, hierarchy
• Are passionate about clean design and seamless user journeys
• Can bring wireframes to life with motion and interactivity
• Have experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator
• Are detail-oriented, creative, and a quick problem solver
• Stay updated with modern web design trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Webflow
• Portfolio of live Webflow projects is a must

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
