Webflow Developer (UI/UX Expert)

Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining the company's website using Webflow. You will be tasked with translating Figma/Sketch/UI wireframes into pixel-perfect responsive pages, implementing animations and interactions to enhance user experience, and optimizing the website for speed, accessibility, SEO, and mobile responsiveness. Collaboration with marketing, content, and design teams to execute campaigns, conducting A/B tests, and ensuring consistency in branding and visuals across pages will also be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should be well-versed in Webflow CMS, forms, animations, and integrations. A strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics is essential, along with an understanding of UI/UX best practices such as color theory, typography, and hierarchy. If you are enthusiastic about clean design, seamless user journeys, and have experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Illustrator, you might be the perfect fit for this role. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Webflow. A portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects is a must to demonstrate your capabilities.
