Freelance Webflow Designer & Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Build:

  Create scalable, visually striking websites using

  Webflow

  (primary), with working knowledge of

  Figma

  and

  Framer

  .

• Audit & Improve:

  Conduct website audits and suggest design/content improvements aligned with business goals.

• Redesign & Tweaks:

  Lead

  redesign projects

  (radical changes) or handle

  minor fixes/tweaks

  as required.

• Modern, Memorable Design:

  Ensure user-friendly and differentiated designs that stand out from typical IT service competitors.

• Optimization:

  Develop websites optimized for

  SEO, accessibility, and scalability

  .

• Collaboration:

  Work with our internal team on content strategy, sitemaps, and brand tone alignment.

• AI Tools:

  Selectively integrate

  AI-based tools

  for content strategy, wireframing, SEO, or copy support (not design).

• Timely Delivery:

  Deliver projects within agreed timelines (e.g., ~2 weeks for tweaks, 1–1.5 months for redesign).

• Transparency:

  Provide clear effort and budget estimates upfront.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of proven experience in

  web design & development

  (freelance, agency, or full-time).
• Strong portfolio of

  marketing websites

  across industries (preferably SaaS, services, nonprofits, IT, medical).

• Webflow expertise (2+ years)

  – ability to manage both

  design and development independently

  .
• Proficiency in

  Figma

  for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Knowledge of

  Framer

  (preferred, not mandatory).
• Solid understanding of

  SEO, content strategy, and scalability

  for consultancy/service websites.
• Experience working with

  US/European clients

  is a strong advantage.
• Ability to provide

  transparent ballpark estimates

  for redesign vs. tweak projects (effort + cost).
